Johnston Gardens, 72 units

  • Was a leading member of the team that took over management at the tail end of construction of the last building, and during lease-up.

  • Occupancy and lease-up goals 

  • Increased occupancy to reach ownership goals, which led to a successful disposition.

  • Shortly after disposition, the property attained 100% occupancy. 

Ingersoll FLATS, 20 units

  • Built in 1900's, and located in the popular Ingersoll District, this project was very fun to work on. The building had been vacant over 5 years, and had been mostly remodeled. 

  • Original Features such as terrazzo flooring,  ceramic tile mosaic flooring, original wood flooring, exposed brick, exposed stacks, and hardware were masterfully paired with modern appliances, slate tile in the bathrooms

  • Worked with maintenance on coordinating getting the property ready for certificate of occupancy.

  • Established Marketing Plan, advertising avenues, and directed efforts to lease-up property once Certificate of occupancy was issued. 

  • Full Suite of branding + marketing consultation in collaboration with colleague including, logo, brochure, website consultation. 

  • Filed for fictitious name resolution
